一、活動名稱:『個人實踐第13週活動』。
二、活動期程:111年11月28日(星期一)至12月2日(星期五)止。
三、活動時間:每日09:10~21:00。
四、活動方式:參與校內各項多元活動,如協助保健中心或圖書館、社區服務、大型慶典、品德教育活動等。
五、招募對象:全校學生(登記服務時間請以本身空堂為主,勿跟課堂課衝堂)。
六、活動報名:請至「服務學習系統」報名,不接受現場報名,報名時間11/21(一)09:00時至11/25(五)11:00時止,額滿系統即自動關閉。
七、集合地點:請【錄取同學】於選擇服務時段至指定地點報到。
八、報名取消:完成報名後若因故無法施作,請於施作前一日至服務學習系統中點選課程查詢→服務紀錄,再於欲取消之時段點選取消鍵。
九、服務時數認證:活動結束後,直接由服務學習系統核給。

4. Activities Mode: Participate in various activities on campus, such as assistance to health care centers or library, community service, school celebrations, moral education activities, etc.

6. Event Registration: On-site registration is not acceptable. Please go to the "Service Learning System" to register.
7.Registration Time: 11/21 09:00 to 11/25 11:00. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis.
8.Assembly place: please check on Service Learning System
9.Registration cancellation: Cancel at least a day before the scheduled appointment.
